Step 3 - When the spinach cools down, pour it into a juicer / mixer / grinder with celery stalk. Add a spoonful of lemon juice or some cucumber cubes to neutralize the strong pungent taste of spinach and celery.
Step 4 - Avoid adding salt as it only gives rise to blood pressure (BP) and aggravates the problem.
Step 5 - Mix the ingredients with a glass of water. Add more water if needed.
